By accessing or using AIEngineeringTool, you agree to these Terms and the Engineering Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Additional mandatory rights under applicable law continue to apply.

AIEngineeringTool is a software and information platform for education, evaluation and preliminary engineering support. You may use its public features lawfully for their intended purpose. You must not disrupt the service, bypass safeguards, introduce malicious code, scrape at a harmful scale, misrepresent outputs, or use the site to violate another person's rights.

Unless stated otherwise, original site text, interface design, software, diagrams, calculator explanations and presentation are protected to the extent allowed by law. You may view and use them through the service. You may not republish, sell, clone, reverse engineer, or create a competing service from substantial portions without permission.

Third-party standards, trademarks, manufacturer documents and external references remain the property of their owners. A reference or link does not imply affiliation or endorsement.

The platform does not approve, stamp, certify or release engineering designs and does not provide professional engineering certification. Calculator results are preliminary engineering information. Assistant responses are informational assistance. No content is a representation that a design satisfies a jurisdiction-specific engineering code, legal requirement or project obligation.

Use of AIEngineeringTool does not create an engineer-client, consultant-client, fiduciary or professional-services relationship with the founder or any individual contributor.

Any name, biography or academic credential displayed on the website identifies authorship or platform leadership only and does not constitute acceptance of responsibility for a user's specific design.

You remain responsible for final design decisions and must verify calculations, inputs, assumptions, standards, material data and suitability. Final designs must be reviewed as required by applicable law, employer procedures, customer requirements, contracts, engineering standards and competent professional practice.

Outputs depend on entered values, formulas, assumptions, units and available source records. The service may not account for fatigue, dynamics, tolerance, manufacturing variation, material certification, environment, failure modes or project-specific conditions. Do not submit confidential, proprietary, personal, export-controlled or safety-critical information to the assistant or public contact tools.

Standards summaries and references do not replace the current authoritative publication. External sites, advertisements and providers operate independently. Their availability, content, processing and products are governed by their own terms. Mention of a provider or advertiser is not an endorsement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided on an “as available” basis without warranties of accuracy, completeness, uninterrupted availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, safety, compliance or non-infringement. Nothing here removes a warranty or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AIEngineeringTool, its operator, founder, contributors, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or similar damages arising from use of or inability to use the website, including lost profit, lost data, project delay, production loss or business interruption.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the founder and other individual contributors shall not be personally liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or similar damages arising from use of the website, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

You are responsible for claims and losses caused by your unlawful misuse of the service, infringement of another person's rights, or knowing misrepresentation of site outputs, to the extent responsibility can lawfully be allocated to you. This provision does not require indemnification beyond what applicable law permits.

Access may be limited or suspended to protect users, infrastructure, intellectual property or legal compliance, or when the service changes or ends. Provisions that by their nature should survive, including intellectual property, responsibility and lawful liability limits, continue after access ends.

No governing-law or exclusive-court clause is stated because a confirmed legal operator jurisdiction has not been established in the website configuration.
